A parking lot is a working surface. Delivery trucks, dumpster pickups, the same wheels tracking the same lane five hundred times a month: it all shows up fast if the lot was built light. We build lots by the numbers: a compacted base sized to the traffic, hot mix laid in proper lifts, and compaction you can measure, not guess at.
We also think about how the lot works: where water goes, where trucks swing, how stalls lay out, what ADA requires. You get a lot that drains, drives and parks the way it should on day one.

Common questions
Can you pave in phases so we stay open?
Yes. We split lots into sections and keep entrances usable, working around your hours where the schedule allows. Most customers never fully close.
How long until cars can park on a new lot?
We typically reopen a new lot to traffic in 48 hours, striping included. Heavier vehicles should stay off a few days longer, and we'll give you exact timing with the bid.
